Health

1. Unit 2 Test is Monday 10/21 and Tuesday 10/22
2. We are starting unit 3: Nutrition and Fitness
3. All assignments and make up work and test retakes needs to be done by the October 30th


Sports Performance

1. Take your quizzes (All 5 need to be done before the end of the quarter)
2. Heart Rate Assignment is Due next Week

Remember it is important to understand the correct relationship between these energy systems so that you can train to those demands. USATF TRAINING MANUAL say in regards to this. "Each component must be developed fully in order to cope with the demands of the event."
